Furniture and carpet specifications are fully detailed and dimensioned to guarantee accurate installation consistent with Hilton’s official prototype requirements.

Guntersville Plan

This Level 1 FF&E and finish plan details the renovation scope for the entire ground floor, coordinating furniture placement and material selections within the current footprint. The work included refining the front desk design and selecting finishes for the corridors, public spaces, and back-of-house operational zones. New quartz countertops, restored ceilings, and new finish partitions were integrated throughout the scope, with all documentation addressing ADA compliance. The FF&E layer manages vendor-specified furniture and rugs for the lobby and seating zones, aligned to brand standards.

Leeds Plan

This guest room documentation set covers the typical double queen room type, including the finish plan, furniture plan, and all four interior wall elevations. The scope involved migrating legacy CAD drawings into Revit, creating an accurate model to serve as a high-fidelity template for repeating room types. Detailed wall elevations capture the headboard, window, TV, and bathroom walls, including millwork details and fixture placements a standard floor plan can’t communicate. Using a Revit template ensures future finish or furniture updates can be applied quickly and consistently across every standard room in the property.
